Join Reds10 - Where Quality and Innovation Meet

At Reds10, we're transforming the construction landscape with our forward-thinking off-site building solutions. We're proud of the buildings we create--and even prouder of the people who make it happen. We're now looking for an Aftercare Response Manager to join our growing team and help ensure our modular spaces continue delivering excellence long after handover.

About the Role

As our Aftercare Response Manager, you'll be the go-to person for resolving post-construction issues across our building projects. You'll manage and triage defects, coordinate with sub-contractors, maintain strong relationships with facilities management teams, and play a key role in continuous improvement efforts. Your work will directly protect Reds10's reputation and help us deliver on our promise of quality and reliability.

What You'll Be Doing

Defect Management: Triage all reported issues, ensure they are logged accurately and coordinate with the operations team to get them resolved promptly. Customer Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for facilities management teams, ensuring issues are communicated clearly and resolved efficiently. Repairs Oversight: Work closely with sub-contractors and aftercare teams to manage maintenance and repair activities from start to finish. Quality Assurance: Monitor the standard of completed works and escalate where necessary. Process Improvement: Gather feedback, identify recurring issues, and contribute to lessons learned that shape future projects. Emergency Response: Implement emergency plans when necessary to ensure swift action and minimal disruption. Budget Awareness: Keep an eye on aftercare-related costs and alert the Aftercare Lead when support is needed to stay on budget. Trend Analysis: Track and interpret data to spot trends and improve how we manage and resolve issues going forward.

What We're Looking For

Strong communication skills - you'll be dealing with multiple teams and clients. A natural problem solver who stays calm under pressure. Solid technical understanding of construction systems and materials. Previous experience in aftercare, maintenance, or a related role. Strong customer service skills. Good project and time management skills. Ability to document and track issues with attention to detail. Adaptable, resilient, and unshaken when things don't go to plan. Knowledge of construction regulations and safety standards.

Why Reds10?

We're a fast-growing, forward-thinking company reshaping how buildings are delivered across the UK. We believe in investing in our people, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment, and constantly striving for better. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and take pride in ensuring things are done right, we'd love to hear from you.
