Aftermarket Sales Assistant

Parker Plant Limited is an established leading supplier of innovative and reliable solutions to the crushing, screening, asphalt, concrete, materials handling and bitumen handling industries.

With strong growth achieved across the company and significant exciting growth plans, Parker Plant Limited is now seeking to appoint a Aftermarket Sales Assistant.

About the Role:

Join our dynamic Aftermarket Sales Department as an Aftermarket Sales Assistant. This is a full time role in a fast-paced environment, where you'll be a key player in our team, supporting our valued customers with aftermarket parts and service needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct support to customers, handling inquiries and processing orders efficiently. Monitor order progress and communicate updates to customers promptly. Collaborate with the team to ensure timely responses and quality service. Maintain records of orders, backlogs, and deliveries using internal systems. Interpret engineering drawings to assist in product identification and service recommendations.
Requirements:

Proficiency in computer applications; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus. Ideally, a background in engineering or experience in a technical field . Basic knowledge of engineering drawings and ability to interpret them. Strong written and verbal communication skills to ensure clear and professional interactions with
customers.
