Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas are presentable and welcoming. This position requires excellent customer service skills, as you will interact with clients and ensure their satisfaction with our cleaning services.

Duties

Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming in designated areas. Clean and sanitise restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces to maintain high hygiene standards. Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and stored correctly after use. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences.

Requirements

Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential; training will be provided. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English. A valid driver's licence is advantageous for travelling between job sites. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating reliability and flexibility in your work schedule.
