Kamelia Kids is recruiting for an Afternoon Early Years Assistant or Level 3 Early Years Educator.

Early Years Assistant Educator are part of the team who provide safe, high-quality education and care for children 0-5 year and fulfil legal and statutory requirements. To work with a small group of children as part of a team under the direction of the senior management team and to maintain a warm, friendly, and stimulating atmosphere in which children can develop.

Our children enjoy a purposely designed environment, including sensory rooms, separate sleep rooms and direct access to 7 different gardens and a beach hut!

Salary is negotiable based on experience and qualifications.

We are keen to develop our team members and we offer training and development if you would like to work towards becoming a room lead or a senior.

The hours will be 12pm-6pm Monday to Friday all year round.

Responsibilities:

- Work alongside the lead educator and team members. -
- Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow.
- Provide individualised care and support for children with SEND.
- Work in partnership with parents and carers, providing open communication.
- Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children .

Requirements:
Level 2/3/5 Early Years qualification or unqualified
- Good knowledge of child development.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- A love for working with young children and having FUN!.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.21-13.30 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 30 per week
