What You Need to Succeed
Personal Skill Requirements:
Exceptional organisational skills.
MS Office and BROMCOM experience.
To maintain confidentiality at all times.
The ability to work under pressure.
Good interpersonal skills, flexibility and the ability to liaise effectively with students, staff and outside agencies.
Self-reliance and self-motivation.
The ability to be accurate and methodical.
Previous experience of working in a school could be an advantage but training will be provided.
