About the Role

As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a vital role in creating a positive experience from the moment they walk through the door or call us on the phone. You will ensure the smooth running of reception and provide essential administrative support to our doctors and wider team.

Key Duties

Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a

friendly, warm, and professional

manner. Answer incoming calls, take bookings, and direct enquiries with excellent phone etiquette. Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate diaries to ensure smooth operations. Carry out data entry and maintain accurate patient records. Keep the reception area tidy and welcoming. Support consultants and colleagues with day-to-day administrative tasks.

What We're Looking For

A

friendly, chatty, and welcoming personality

- someone who makes patients feel at ease. Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is an advantage. Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a busy environment. Good IT skills with attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication. A professional, caring approach and a willingness to be part of our team "family".

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary
Contract length: 9 months

Pay: 13.00-15.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week
