Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic and qualified Nursery Practitioner to join our team working Monday to Friday 1pm-6pm. The ideal candidate will hold a full and relevant Level 2 or Level 3 qualification and have a passion for early childhood education and a commitment to providing high-quality care and support to children in a nursery setting. This role involves managing daily activities, fostering a nurturing environment, and promoting the development of children through engaging and educational experiences.

Duties will include:

Caring for children 0 - 4 years Create a safe, stimulating and exciting environment Promoting/modelling positive social skills at mealtimes/ feeding the children and supervising. Plan, observe and organise activities. To build positive parent/staff/child relationships. Safeguarding children. Respond to children's individual needs. To work as part of a team. Use of own initiative. Have an awareness of health and safety. Ensure professionalism at all times. Maintain confidentiality. Adhering to company policy and procedures.

Pay: From 12.35 per hour
