About Us



The Horizon Magna Group is a privately owned motor retail business established in Poole in 1971. We proudly represent Honda, Mazda, Nissan, and Mitsubishi across 12 dealerships located in Dorset, Hampshire, Somerset, and Wiltshire.

Key Responsibilities



Act as the first point of contact for aftersales customers - in person, by phone, and via email - delivering a professional and efficient reception and administration service. Ensure a high standard of customer care and satisfaction is maintained at all times. Accurately capture customer and vehicle information in the Dealer Management System. Promote and secure service and repair bookings through customer reminders, marketing initiatives, and proactive contact. Liaise effectively with service technicians to ensure customer requirements are fully understood and met. Secure service and repair sales, within the framework of Dealer Management System reminder systems and any current marketing initiative, to maximise the performance of the After Sales department. Ensure all service documentation complies with company and manufacturer policies, including warranty processing, payment collection, and fleet invoicing.

What we're looking for:



Proven customer service and communication skills. Strong administrative abilities with excellent attention to detail. Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment. Basic understanding of cash handling and accounting procedures. A smart, professional appearance with a positive, proactive attitude. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Competitive basic salary starting from 26,000 per annum with an OTE of 35,000 per annum (based on experience and capability). Full UK Driving Licence Required - You will be subject to checks

Monday - Friday 08:00 - 18:00, 1 in 4 Saturday mornings 08:30 - 12:30.
