About the role



We are looking to hire a highly driven Aftersales Advisor to join our Aftersales department at our Omoda/Jaecoo branch in Linwood.

Hours



Full time:

Monday - Friday 8am - 5.30pm and alternative Saturday's 8am - 12pm



About the role



As an Aftersales Advisor you will be working in all areas of our Aftersales department, giving you a full and well-rounded understanding of how the department works together. There will be a lot of customer interaction in the role, but you will also engage with workshop technicians to provide parts for the vehicles they are working on.



Day-to-day duties



Reviewing and forward planning workloads and checking for accurate and detailed information.

Liaising with the workshop to ensure they have their required parts.

Receipting, issuing, and controlling stock.

Taking care of customers that are bringing in their vehicles for service/repair.

Identifying parts required and sourcing parts using parts catalogues and internal systems.

Communicating with customers on the progress of their vehicle.

Advising of any faults or repairs required and providing clear and accurate solutions.

Preparing customer reports and invoices.

This role would be suited to someone who is a good communicator, well organised, self-motivated and keen to deliver a good experience for our customers.
