Job Description

Kineholme Garage in Otley, now part of Batchelors Motor Group are currently looking for an Aftersales Advisor.

This is a key role within our service and parts department working closing with our customers to meet their motoring needs. Duties will include liaising with the service and parts team, sourcing and supplying vehicle parts for customers and workshop vehicles , the administration of service bookings, carrying out pre-calls prior to the customer visit, raising job cards, updating customers of service progress, upselling identified work and preparing and creating invoices.

The ideal candidate will ideally have either previous parts or service experience, be customer focused, have good organisational skills whilst having the ability to prioritise the day to day needs of the customer and have good literacy, numeracy skills and selling skills. A full driving licence and previous motor trade experience is essential for this role.

The standard working week is Monday to Friday is 8.30 am to 5.30 pm.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 27,765.00-31,000.00 per year
