Requirements
Great communication skills and build rapport with our customers
Previous experience within this position would be an advantage - but not essential
Flexible team player - able to undertake new tasks and use initiative to support aftersales team during busy periods.
To always be well-presented with a desire, character, and attitude to succeed
Role and Responsibilities
Be customer focused - develop rapport and maintain excellent relations with our customers
Liaise directly with customers to answer their queries including taking telephone enquiries and providing progress updates
Ensure that all the relevant records and administrative processes are completed
Manage and follow up all work in progress on customer vehicles.
Role includes weekend work
