Aftersales Customer Service Advisor

to join our growing motorhome dealership. This role is essential in supporting our customers after their purchase and ensuring all service, warranty, and repair processes run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and process warranty claims

, ensuring accuracy and compliance with manufacturer guidelines.

Prepare and review job costings

, including parts, labour, and external work.

Carry out general administrative duties

, including data entry, document handling, and system updates.

Manage technician timecards

, ensuring time is allocated correctly and jobs are recorded efficiently. Act as a

primary point of contact for customers

, providing updates, support, and excellent customer service. Liaise with technicians, parts teams, and manufacturers to ensure a seamless aftersales process. Support with scheduling workshop jobs and managing workflow. Assist with any other relevant duties to support the aftersales department.

About You:

Experience in an automotive, motorhome, or leisure vehicle aftersales role is desirable but not essential. Strong administrative and organisational skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Competent with IT systems and confident learning new software. Able to work independently and as part of a team in a busy environment. Keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
