This position is responsible for managing the aftersales team, developing strategies to enhance customer experience, and driving sales through upselling opportunities. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for customer service, be commercially minded and motivated by setting, achieving and exceeding targets.
Duties
Oversee the aftersales team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.
Develop and implement aftersales strategies that promote upselling and enhance customer engagement.
Maintain regular communication with clients to address enquiries, resolve issues, and gather feedback on products and services.
Utilise CRM software to track customer interactions, manage leads, and analyse sales data for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall service delivery.
