Job Description

Stockton Kia Ltd are a family run business & have operated from the same site in Stockton on Tees for over 8 years.

We are expanding our service team and currently have a vacancy for a service advisor, dealing with After sales service customer enquiries.

You will ideally have previous service advisor experience in the motor trade or a similar role.

Key attributes required are:

- 1 years automotive experience preferred

- excellent organization skills and the ability to work under pressure

- excellent communication skills and the ability to professionally communicate with customers about service and repair work required on their vehicle

- the ability to understand and deliver excellent customer experience

- the ability to upsell on service work and service plans

- familiarity with motor trade dealer management and database software, training will be provided

- familiarity with warranty work and manufacturer requirements, training will be provided

- the ability to work as part of a team, as well as with own initiative

You must also be able to demonstrate an enthusiasm for your role, with an attention for detail and have the ability to consistently work to high standards
