Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and driven
Aftersales Supervisor
to work across multiple motorcycle brands at our Aylesford site, celebrating our 45th year of trading as the south easts largest motorcycle group.Main purpose:
You will be supervising the aftersales department, ensuring exceptional customer service and operational efficiency across servicing, repairs, and parts. The role is responsible for driving profitability, maintaining high standards of workmanship, and fostering long-term customer relationships by delivering a premium aftersales experience that reflects the brand's values.
Skills & Experience
Excellent customer service and communication abilities - Essential Understanding of workshop operations, parts management, and warranty processes - Highly desirable Proficiency in dealership management systems - Highly desirable Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - Essential Strong, professional, communication and interpersonal skills - Essential Ability to deal with customer queries and resolve difficult situations - Essential
What We Offer
Salary (28000 - 30000 DOE)plus bonus potential on parts, clothing, workshop retail labour Parking Staff discount scheme 28 days holiday per annum + additional birthday holiday bonus
