Key Purpose of Role:



An opportunity has arisen within our aftersales team, this is a great prospect for the best candidate to join a dynamic and successful company. In this role you will be responsible for providing efficient and professional customer care for a wide range of clients.

Interactions with our customers will be by telephone, email and letter, the successful applicant must be dedicated to delivering complete customer satisfaction. The role involves handling multiple accounts, the scheduling of aftercare visits and recording information on customer relationship software. There will also be an element of credit control and providing an administrative function to our wider operations team. Full customer service training plus technical and product training will be given.

Provide outstanding customer service, promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues. Resolve complaints and escalate complex issues as necessary. Build strong customer relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business. Maintain product knowledge to effectively educate customers and recommend suitable solutions. Assist with order processing, payments, and tracking deliveries. Maintain accurate records and provide regular reports to management

Essential Skills & Experience:



Minimum of GCSE English and Maths at grade C or above (or equivalent) Excellent IT literacy and knowledge of Microsoft office products Previous experience in customer service or customer support (minimum 1 year) Experience in credit control processes and procedures (minimum 1 year) Experience of managing data through a database and/or Microsoft excel (minimum 1 year)

Desirable Skills & Experience:



Experience in the windows and door industry, or home improvement sector, would be advantageous but not essential

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 27,000.00-28,000.00 per year
