Key Responsibilities
Coordinate
installation, maintenance and service activities with internal teams, field engineers and customers; ensure prompt, professional query resolution.
Plan and schedule
engineer workflows, field visits, service calls, and training activities; optimise routes and utilisation.
Provide
first-line technical guidance and troubleshooting
for EPAS products (phone/email/remote).
Ensure all works comply with
EPAS standards, product guidelines, quality, and H&S regulations
, and relevant UK industry requirements.
Conduct
site visits
(as needed) to assess installation quality, troubleshoot issues, and provide on-site or remote support.
Deliver training
on installation, servicing and maintenance to field engineers, partners and customers.
Act as a key
customer contact
for technical queries; monitor satisfaction and feed insights into continuous improvement.
Maintain accurate
service records
, customer logs, installation reports, and follow-up actions within CRM/service systems.
Collaborate with Engineering/R&D to flag
design or operational improvements
and support optimum product placement/layout for efficiency.
Support
spares/returns
coordination, basic quoting for service works, and post-install follow-ups.
Key Requirements
Proven experience in
after-sales

field service coordination

technical support
.
Confident
troubleshooting
installation/operational issues and explaining technical concepts clearly.
Excellent
planning, organising, and multitasking
skills with high attention to detail.
Strong
communication
and interpersonal skills; calm under pressure.
Proficient in
Microsoft Office
; familiarity with
CRM/service management systems
desirable.
Able to work
independently
and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Clean full UK driving licence.
Desirable
Knowledge of
mechanical, electrical, or plumbing (MEP) systems
.
AutoCAD
experience for reviewing layouts/technical drawings.
Familiarity with UK
wastewater/drainage
and
quality/environmental compliance
standards.
