Summary
We are seeking a passionate person to join our team at Safe & Sound Day Nursery located at Crabtree Road. In this role, you will support the person in charge in playing a vital part in fostering children's social, emotional, and educational growth and development, ensuring they receive personalized attention and support.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement engaging plans tailored to the children's needs. Collaborate with parents and staff to support children's needs. Create a positive and inclusive fun environment. Assist in room management and behavior guidance. Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities. Maintain a safe and supportive space for all children.
Qualifications
Proven experience working with children in an educational setting. Strong classroom management skills. Ability to develop engaging plans. First Aid certification is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for working with this age group of childrenCall-To-Action
