Afterschool Assistant
Job Description
To work as part of a team in our After-School room caring for children between 4-11years of age.
Duties include:
Planning stimulating activities and games for the after-school children
Preparing snack for the children
Leading outdoor games in our garden
Carrying out school collections (walking to the local school to collect children)
Assisting with home work
Helping with art activities and board displays
Communicating with children's parents on a daily basis.
Hours are from 1:45-5:45 pm during the school term and option to work full days during the school holidays.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: 12.70 per hour
Education:
A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
Childcare: 1 year (preferred)
Work Location: In person
