Job Description
The After School Club Manager will oversee the running of daily activities, ensuring that children are safe and happy during their visit. They will maintain the centre according to the prevailing legislation and meet Ofsted standards, and will work with The Play Professionals and the school to promote the welfare of children. They will need to have managerial experience and be qualified to NVQ Level 3 in a childcare discipline or be willing to work towards it while employed. The company will fully cover the cost of this training. They will face the challenge of this new site and be a vital part of developing the service.
They will assist in maintaining the centre according to prevailing legislation and Ofsted standards, working with The Play Professionals and the school to promote the welfare of children. They will work as part of the local team and liaise with the after-school team and the school to ensure good management of the environment, good record keeping and firm financial control.
Hours:
Centre Manager Pay- From 15.14 per hour to 16.34 per hour
Centre Manager- 20 hrs per week- Monday to Friday 3 PM to 6 PM (Team Time Only)
Optional:
The role also includes the opportunity to work at theBreakfast Club as Manager
