Job Description

A well-established and welcoming afterschool club is seeking a passionate and capable Manager to lead its provision and act as the Ofsted Nominated Individual. This role would suit someone with previous leadership experience in a childcare setting who's ready to take the next step.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operation of the club during term time and holidays Ensure all activities are engaging, safe, and aligned with EYFS principles Take responsibility for Ofsted compliance and serve as the Nominated Individual Supervise and support a small team of playworkers Promote positive relationships with children, families, and the local school Maintain accurate records and uphold safeguarding procedures
Essential Requirements:

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 17,160.00-22,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
