Serge Betsen Sports is dedicated to helping young people develop confidence, teamwork, and resilience through sport. We run after-school and holiday programmes across London, promoting the values of multisports in a fun, inclusive, and safe environment.

Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Judo Coach (Part-Time) to join our growing coaching team. The role involves delivering engaging rugby sessions for children aged 5-16 at various West and North London schools and clubs.

Positions:

Multisports Coaach + opportunity to coach a variety of sports, including:

Basketball Volleyball Judo Parkour Handball Football Gymnastics Multisports Athletics Tag-Rugby Cheerleading

Requirements:

Minimum

Level 1 Coaching Qualification

(Level 2 preferred)

Valid Safeguarding Certificate

First Aid Certificate

Experience working with children and young people Positive attitude, good communication skills, and ability to inspire young players Enhanced

DBS check

(or willingness to obtain one) Some level of experience working and/or coaching children is preferred

Extras:

Potential to develop further roles and take on extra responsibility for the right candidate

During school holidays potential to work at camps

Possibility to grow within the company and develop your coaching and customer service skills as you will be entrusted with managing your group

CPDs during the year, by experienced coaches to help you develop your skills
