Job Description

Athletic Football Group is a leading provider of football coaching provisions across Oxfordshire and the surrounding areas. From our grassroots football club to our academy programme and college academy programme, we offer football development for players of all ages/levels. With over 250 students training with us weekly, we're dedicated to shaping the next generation of football talent!

We're looking for coaches who are passionate about being the best they can be, eager to go the extra mile in developing both their players and themselves, and committed to elevating the reputation of our company. If you're driven, dedicated, and ready to make an impact, we want you on our team!

Start Date: Immediate

Training: Mon & Fri

Fixtures: Sat or Sun (Dependent on age group coached)

Main Duties and Responsibilities



To

lead

in the delivery of training sessions based on a syllabus.

To

run

a team including communicating with players, parents, opposition and all other stakeholders.

To recruit new players for your team if required via promotion etc.

To work with the coaching team to assist in the development of youths across Oxfordshire.

To consistently deliver professional coaching sessions to an

exceptional

standard as part of OAFC's ethos.

To feedback on delivery and player progression via reports termly.

MUST

be available for weekly games (Either a Sat or Sun AM dependent on age group)

To attend termly CPD events

Grassroots Football Participation: 1 Year

Required licence or certification:



Driving licence (

Must

have access to a car to get around Oxfordshire)

FA Level 2 or UEFA C (Desirable)

Level 1 FA

Up to date First Aid Qualification (can apply for you if you do not have currently)

Up to date Child Safeguarding (can apply for you if you do not have currently)

Clear DBS from the last 3 years (can apply for you if you do not have currently)

Job Types: Fixed term contract, Zero hours contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: 15.00-40.00 per hour
