This is a remote, part-time position to start with possible future opportunities depending upon performance and need.This customer facing role will shepherd our client?EUR(TM)s projects and ensure their work moves smoothly through our creative and development pipelines. You?EUR(TM)ll build strong relationships with our clients, with the goal of making sure their marketing and web needs are met and that they come back to us for more business.What you?EUR(TM)ll be doing:

  • Be the primary point of contact for the agency?EUR(TM)s clients with the goal of building long-term relationships, trust and credibility
  • Create project timelines, deliverables and asset requirements to make sure we?EUR(TM)re delivering work on-time and on-budget
  • Manage client projects and delegate project work to our team of designers, developers, copyeditors and any outside partners we may work with on a project
  • Write blog posts, email newsletters, social media posts on topics relevant to our customer audience segments
  • Monitor and analyze agency and customer KPIs and create reports where needed
  • Up and cross selling of agency services to existing clients. You?EUR(TM)ll be compensated for new and on-going revenue generated
  • Jumping into tools like WordPress, Mailchimp or a martech platform to make a quick update for a client
  • And more depending on the person and their skills
You?EUR(TM)d be a great fit with us if you:
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with a strong eye for detail
  • Have 1-3 years experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency
  • Experience with project management software such as ClickUp or Basecamp
  • Good understanding of digital marketing topics including web, mobile, digital advertising, social media, SEO, pay per click advertising
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, Google Apps for Work, Email Marketing Platforms (Mailchimp, MailerLite, etc.)
  • Can juggle multiple projects with different needs are any given time
  • Have a passion for digital marketing and keep up with industry trends and thought leaders
