We are a
Cardiff-based hospitality staffing agency
supplyingbartenders and floor tenders
to pubs, bars, nightclubs, event venues, and private bookings.We work with multiple popular venues in the city centre and offer flexible weekly shift opportunities. This is ideal for students, hospitality professionals, and anyone seeking a reliable part-time income in a fast-paced environment.
Roles Available
Bartenders:
Pouring drinks, serving customers, and providing general bar service. Experience required.
Floor Staff:
Collecting glasses, clearing tables, running drinks, and keeping service areas tidy. Experience preferred with a great attitude and willingness to work.
What We're Looking For
Reliable, professional, and well-presented individuals. Comfortable working in busynightlife or event environments. Good communication and a positive, friendly attitude. Able to work evenings and weekends. Experience is a bonus, but not required for floor roles.

Job Types: Part-time, Freelance
Pay: 12.25 per hour
