Responsibilities

Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient food production and preparation. Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to foster a collaborative team environment. Develop and design menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and culinary trends. Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in accordance with health regulations. Train and mentor kitchen personnel in cooking techniques, presentation, and service standards. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery. Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed. Ensure all dishes are prepared to the highest quality before serving.

Experience

Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role within a restaurant or hospitality setting. Strong leadership skills with experience in team management and supervision. Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen equipment. Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices. Previous experience in menu planning and development is highly desirable. A passion for culinary arts with the ability to create innovative dishes that cater to diverse tastes.
