We are looking for compassionate and reliable
Agency Care Workers
to join our team at a care home in Billericay. The home is a person-centred care facility dedicated to providing high-quality care to its residents.Key Responsibilities:
Assisting residents with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming Supporting residents with meals and hydration Helping with mobility and physical exercises Providing companionship and emotional support Following care plans and ensuring a safe, clean environment
Requirements:
Must have at least
6 months of previous healthcare experience in the UK
Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication and interpersonal skills Flexible and reliable, able to work agency shifts Must have aDBS on the Update Service
