Fairhill Recruitment is currently looking for Registered Nurses to join our fast growing care agency. Fairhill Recruitment are looking to recruit compassionate Staff Nurses to join our fantastic team within the Dromore Area to provide our clients with outstanding care for their patients and residents.

Responsibilities of the role:

Management and administration of medication as per patient/resident care plans Documenting and reviewing medication on appropriate medication records as per the care providers procedures. Condition Monitoring including S/S, Vitals etc. Promoting and upholding high levels of person-centred care, DoLS, safeguarding and compliance Ensuring a strong level of clinical standards in line with your RQIA regulations and relevant policies and procedures set out within the care providers' service. Adhering to the clinical direction of a Senior Nurse or managerial staff whilst on placement Undergoing required training and development to ensure the best possible feedback when upholding the Fairfields Recruitment reputation.

Person specification:

Have a live, valid NMC PIN Have a genuine passion and motivation to work within the Care Sector. All applicants must have the right to work in the UK. You will have strong communication and organisational skills. Be within commutable distance to Dungannon and the surrounding area. You will be reliable and punctual, trustworthy and honest.
