Job Description

A multi-award winning Glasgow-based start-up has an exciting opportunity for an ambitious senior agency partnerships executive looking for a new challenge in a rapidly expanding, young business.

To put it simply... we're on the hunt for a talented and ambitious individual who has a passion for B2B sales, has a positive, vibrant personality and is ready to work hard to achieve with the business. We need someone who can develop strong relationships with agency partners/resellers and build repeatable partner motions (sourcing, onboarding, enablement, co-selling) to create scalable revenue.

The candidate must have proven experience building and running an agency/channel funnel through partner identification, qualification, partnership agreements, enablement, joint pipeline and partner-led account growth.

Your job will be to:



Cultivate and tier agency/reseller partners; run QBRs, enablement and co-marketing to drive a continuous flow of partner-sourced revenue. Identify promising agency categories and named partner targets through industry networks and referrals; build partner recruitment campaigns (events, intros, co-webinars). Generate a consistent flow of partner-sourced opportunities and in-channel leads; track sell-through to revenue. Structure and negotiate partnership agreements (reseller/white-label/commission), and co-sell with partners to close end-client deals. Own partner records and workflows in CRM; keep enablement assets current; ensure partner service runs smoothly. Design and deliver partner enablement/training (how to position Triyit, qualify, scope, and brief delivery). Maintain accurate partner pipeline, partner-sourced revenue, activation rates and partner performance dashboards. Be the solutions point for partners through support scoping, proposal language, pricing structures, and fielding technical questions during co-selling. Analyse partner performance metrics (sourced pipeline, win rate, margin impact, time-to-first-deal); iterate partner program and joint GTM accordingly. Map agency ecosystem (services, incentives, portfolios) and craft joint value propositions with partners.

Ideal Candidate:



The ideal candidate will have:

5+ years experience in B2B/agency service sales including agency/channel partnerships (reseller, white-label, referral). Experience leading partner programs to scale channel revenue A proven track record of partner-sourced revenue/ARR, partner activation and retention targets Experience of creating effective content marketing and lead generation proposals to deliver on key objectives The ability to develop strong relationships across the team whilst collaborating with colleagues to grow revenue and navigate multi-party relationships. Experience in managing partner pipeline, account mapping across agency portfolios, and joint forecasting. The knowledge and experience of optimising and innovating partner program structures (tiers, incentives, enablement, deal-reg) and channel processes. A positive attitude and readiness to work hard The aptitude to combine commercial drive with a partnership mindset, focussed on scalable growth through others.

A strong track record of agency/channel business development / partner program strategy. A strong track record of agency relationships (from principal to account teams) with co-selling motions. Experience in FMCG or BWS industries Experience in agency/service/solution selling Strategic thinking and willingness to implement change and innovate to facilitate growth Strong working knowledge of building and managing partner and end-client relationships Excellent verbal & written communications A willingness and desire to continue to learn, grow, and take new challenges Excellent attention to detail Strong analytical thinking skill and sound decision making.
