Role: Agency Receptionist
Location: Exeter
Salary / Rate of pay: From \xc2\xa311.85 per hour
Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with a busy hotel in Exeter and we have a fantastic opportunity for an Agency Receptionist to join the team on an immediate basis.

Reception duties will include but not limited to:
- Checking guests in and out
- Taking reservations for room bookings
- Assign rooms (Walk-in\xe2\x80\x99s)
- Dealing with guest enquiries and resolving customer complaints
- Dealing with postings for room charges, balancing and banking
- Liaising with all departments on a day to day basis
- Flexibility to work on weekends.
- Part-time hours available if local \xe2\x80\x93 min. 3 shifts
- Friendly, enthusiastic attitude.
- Ability to work in the UK.
- Available immediately with no prior commitments including holiday and able to commit for a min. of 4 weeks.
- MUST have experience of OPERA PMS
