Join Our Team as an Agency Support Worker at Positive Steps Care & Support Ltd

We are currently seeking experienced and dedicated agency support workers to join our outstanding organisation, delivering high-quality, person-centred care to individuals with varying complex needs in Plymouth and surrounding areas, including travel within Devon and Cornwall.

About the Role:

As an agency support worker, you will have the flexibility to choose shifts that suit your lifestyle. We offer shifts ranging from 4 to 12 hours, making it easier to balance work with other commitments.

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting with personal care routines Supporting with medication administration Helping with all aspects of daily living Enabling access to the community Providing compassionate and professional support to service users

About You:

We are looking for enthusiastic, active, and adaptable individuals who are passionate about making a real difference in people's lives.

Experience in health and social care is essential (role-specific training will be provided) Confident, outgoing, and innovative in your approach to supporting people Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays A full, clean driving licence is preferred as travel within Devon and Cornwall is required
