12.60-15.00+ (depending on service and shift type)

We are recruiting Agency Suppor workers across Swansea, Carmarthenshire, and surrounding areas. We work with a wide range of providers to deliver care and support to adults, children, and young people in the community.

What We Offer

Adult Support:

homecare, learning disability support, mental health support, housing support, family support, and sitting services.

Children & Young People Support:

community support, emergency care, young people groups, children's homes, and family support.

The Role

As an Agency Support Worker, you will:

Provide compassionate, safe, and person-centred support. Use your skills and training to work across a variety of services. Communicate effectively with individuals, families, and professionals. Choose shifts that fit your lifestyle through our shift-bidding system.
Your experience and reliability will determine the types of services and shifts you can access. We also provide

in-house and external training

to help you expand your skills.

Requirements

Full UK driving licence.

Access to your own vehicle with business insurance. Previous experience.
