We're looking for an Agent to join our KierBAM joint venture working on the Hinkley Point C project based in Bristol.

Location

: Bristol Avonmouth, crew transfer from Cardiff to the working area. Can offer some working from home.

Hours

: 40 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us

We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.

Responsibilities

As an Agent, you'll be working within the Hinkley Point C team, supporting them in ensuring that work within the Fish Return System is delivered per project requirements and company policies and systems.



Your day to day will include:


Supporting offshore HSE practices through daily briefings, safety tours, and permit management Coordinating marine construction activities to meet technical and schedule requirements. It includes lifting, grouting and vessel coordination. Tracking site performance, maintaining work plans, and reporting on progress Acting as a key offshore interface with vessel crews, support teams, and stakeholders Supporting risk and issue management to maintain safe and effective delivery

Proven experience in offshore or marine civil engineering or related fields Strong understanding of safe systems of work in offshore environments Ability to take ownership of tasks and deliver results independently
