Location: This Role could be based in our Edinburgh, Telford, Birmingham or London offices with UK wide travel with time spent working in the office and at home.

The role
The Agile Delivery Lead is a fusion of proxy-product owner, scrum master, agile coach supporting the team and the Product Owner, driving constant communication and rapid problem solving to deliver a great product and experience. It's their role to teach the team all ways of agile software practices, lead and/or facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove blockers to team progress and shield them from external distractions - often in tandem with a Navigator in complex or largely waterfall organizations.
The Agile Delivery Lead brings the Product Owner and Team together, helping them to understand each other and are personal coaches for team members and innovators who constantly seek ways to improve both themselves and the team.
