Role: Agile Delivery Manager Duration: 9 Months Inside IR35 (umbrella company or PAYE only) Location - Remote working, occasional travel to London office (near St Pauls) once restrictions are eased Delivery manager required who is passionate about people helping them to find purpose in their work. You love communicating with people, facilitating teams, creating vision and consensus. You also have a keen sense of stakeholder communication, engagement and creating transparency. You will almost certainly have made mistakes on your own journey, and will be wiser for them. Skills required:

  • Accomplished at coaching and facilitating agile teams with practical applications of agile methods
  • Enthusiastic, proactive and able to resolve conflict - individuals and teams
  • Able to steer a team towards self-organisation
  • A clear, adaptive and transparent communicator
  • Able to manage and track work, dependencies, risks and issues

The successful candidate will coach and facilitate teams working in the Internal Products group. This is a hugely rewarding group to work in, seeking to make the technology used by employees across the organisation as inspiring as possible. To help teams be successful by giving them the right data, at the right time, and the tools they need to act on it. You will work closely with the team of engineers to ensure they have the inspiration, support and guidance they need to succeed, and - alongside the Business Analyst and Product Manager - you will liaise with stakeholders across the organisation to ensure there is a clear and transparent process to enable them to get their needs met. Teams across the organisation are striving to be leaner, more nimble, effective and innovative. You can help them do this by giving them data and tools that can not only support their processes, but also allow them to experiment on better ways to achieve their outcomes.
