The Agile IT Business Analyst gathers, understands and communicates requirements for our technology-based projects that meet the needs of our customers and donors.
The analyst is a key member of the User Engagement Team that provide business analysis and user experience (UX) skills. They work on existing and new products across multiple business units, usually following an Agile methodology. The analyst collaborates with experienced engineers, analysts, designers and product owners to create elegant, effective and efficient products.
