The Role

We're seeking a dynamic B2B marketer ready to embrace a leadership role. We're looking for an experienced Scrum lead to manage agile marketing projects, foster cross-functional collaboration, and drive high-impact results.


You're a natural leader with a passion for agile methodologies, ready to guide marketing teams through agile project management. With at least five years of experience in marketing or project management, ideally within a consultancy or agency setting, you are well-versed in Scrum and Kanban practices and have a deep understanding of marketing agility. You thrive in fast-paced environments, are solutions-focused, and possess a proactive, results-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

Lead agile marketing teams, guiding the implementation of Scrum/Kanban frameworks to optimise efficiency Collaborate with cross-functional teams, facilitating sprint planning, team stand-ups, and retrospectives Ensure smooth project flow, prioritising work based on business objectives and marketing strategies Foster a culture of continuous improvement, coaching team members in agile practices Liaise closely with stakeholders to align on project goals, timelines, and deliverables Track and analyse key metrics to assess team performance and make data-driven adjustments Act as the main point of contact for clients during project execution, ensuring transparency and accountability

Qualifications

Requirements

A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing project management, with a focus on agile methodologies Strong understanding of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and experience leading Scrum teams Proven ability to facilitate collaboration and communication across marketing, creative, and technical teams Strong problem-solving skills, especially under tight deadlines and changing priorities Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to drive continuous improvements Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRMs, and project management software Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to lead client-facing discussions Location: London; hybrid. International travel required.
