MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INFORMATION & ADMINISTRATION Supporting Agile Research Delivery Team roles with general administration related to study delivery tasks, data management and staff recruitment/development processes. Utilise the National Institute for Health and Care Research (NIHR) Hub (including Gmail and Google Drive) and other information systems (e.g. spreadsheets) as required. Provide administrative oversight of the regional Local Portfolio Management System (LMPS).
Arranging meetings, including sourcing venues, preparing relevant paperwork including agendas and directions. Provide administrative support to other RRDN services and functions as required. COMMUNICATION & STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT (NHS AND NON-NHS) Liaise effectively and courteously with colleagues. Maintain strong and effective working relationships with relevant stakeholders and partners.
Act as the main point of contact where agreed for all administrative queries. Attend regular team meetings and contribute as appropriate.
