We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Agricultural Area Sales Manager to join us. If you're ready to take your sales career to the next level and work in a high-performing team with a passion for agriculture, please get in touch.

Working as the Area Sales Manager, you will drive sales growth in your assigned territory of North Oxfordshire & Northamptonshire, building strong working relationships with both new and existing customers and suppliers. You will also be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and managing the quality of the service Turney's delivers. Achieving maximum sales profitability by effectively selling company products and/or related services.

As a successful candidate you will have a solid background in the agricultural machinery industry, whilst providing a friendly, helpful and knowledgeable service to our customers.

Responsibilities



Duties include:

Generating and qualifying sales leads Prepare sales actions plans and schedules Sales calls and visits to new and existing customers Maintain sales activity records and reports of customer interactions Quality checks on product and service delivery Monitor competitors, market conditions and product development Attend presentations, shows and events

Candidate requirements



Proven experience in the agricultural machinery industry Experience in a B2B and B2C sales environment Relevant product and market knowledge Strong organisational skills, combined with a good knowledge of products and machinery Experience in the use of Microsoft applications, CRM systems and the internet as a research tool Knowledge of basic business principles and administration procedures Full and valid driving licence
