Your Role
As an Agricultural Service Engineer, you\'ll find yourself:

• Entrusted with the repair and upkeep of world-class agricultural machinery, including tractors and combines.
• Maintaining meticulous records for all tasks and services rendered.
• Diagnosing and resolving mechanical issues, ensuring all machinery is safe to use and operates in line with the manufacturer\'s guidelines.
• Demonstrating and fitting machinery as and when required.
• Collaborating effectively with service and workshop managers to achieve tight schedules.
• Travelling to various customer locations around your base depot for servicing and repair duties. (A full driving licence is mandatory)

The Perfect Fit

• Holds a Level 3 qualification in Land Based Engineering, or an equivalent in HGV, Plant, or Construction.
• Exceptional communication skills, able to interact with a diverse range of customers and colleagues.
• Keen to undertake any supplementary training, including specialised manufacturer training to continually update and refine skills.
• Seasoned in operating agricultural machinery and open to working additional hours during peak farming seasons.
• Adept at problem-solving, capable of thriving under pressure and meeting challenging deadlines.
