• A level 3 qualification in Agricultural or Landbased Engineering.
• Proven industry experience in agricultural engineering, with expertise in precision farming, sustainable agriculture, automation, or related areas.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire students.
• Proficiency in relevant software tools and technology used in agricultural engineering.
• A passion for research, innovation, and staying updated with emerging trends in the field.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities, with a commitment to fostering student success.
