Landed Estates Paralegal
to join our Chester-based team. You will work closely with an industry recognised partner in a small team focused on property matters - including high net worth residential transactions, agricultural and rural property transactions, solar and wind developments whilst acting for some of the largest landowners and wealthiest families in Cheshire, Shropshire, North Wales and nationwide. Key Responsibilities:
Provide support on HNW residential, agricultural and estates matters.
Draft and review legal documentation for estate transactions.
Liaise with clients and other stakeholders.
Handle administrative tasks, including client onboarding and compliance checks.
Manage caseloads and track transactions from instruction to post-completion.
Use case management systems and maintain accurate digital records.
Who We're Looking For:

motivation, interest, and commitment
to learning.
Essential Skills & Qualities:
Law degree (or equivalent legal qualification)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organisational ability
Capable of managing deadlines and multiple tasks under pressure
Friendly, positive and collaborative team player
Confident and professional client manner
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook
Self-motivated with a proactive, can-do attitude
Rural background an advantage, but not a pre-requisite
