We're looking for a passionate and approachable Agricultural Lawyer to join our team at the J36 Rural Auction Centre. You'll work with individuals, farms, and rural businesses, delivering high-quality legal services with empathy, professionalism, and commercial insight.

What You'll Be Doing

Managing a diverse caseload of rural property transactions and agricultural matters for private and commercial clients Work as part of an expert team on a range of diverse, sometimes novel and possibly complex matters Demonstrating commercial awareness through accurate time recording, timely billing, and proactive credit control Ensuring all files are managed in line with Lexcel and statutory compliance standards Responding promptly and positively to new client enquiries Building strong, lasting relationships through excellent client care Contributing to the growth of the department and helping attract new clients

What We're Looking For

Experience in:

? sales and purchases of agricultural land and property;

? advising on all aspects of agricultural tenancies issues (including licences);

? drafting, approving and advising on easements and wayleaves;

? advising on succession planning;

? drafting and advising on farm partnership agreements;

? unregistered land;

? sporting rights; and

? commons rights and registration

A willingness to expand your expertise into new areas of rural law A collaborative, friendly approach and a genuine desire to make a positive impact through your legal work Flexibility to travel to other offices when needed
