A well-established agricultural machinery dealer with over 40 years of experience is seeking skilled

Agricultural Engineers

to join a busy and expanding team. The company supplies an extensive range of agricultural machinery across the region, representing several leading brands within the industry.

Agricultural experience is desirable but

not essential

. This role is also suitable for candidates with backgrounds in large-engine or heavy-equipment industries, such as heavy plant, access equipment, military vehicles, HGV, or construction machinery.

Both

field-based

and

workshop-based

roles are available. The business operates across a wide geographical area and prides itself on delivering exceptional customer service. They are looking for individuals who are passionate about machinery, problem-solving, and delivering high-quality work.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair agricultural equipment in workshop and field environments Complete job cards, reports, and related administration accurately and on time Follow all safety rules and regulations Undertake ongoing training to develop technical knowledge and skills Maintain a clean and organised working environment Support overall workshop organisation and efficiency

Essential Skills, Experience & Qualifications

Experience performing service and repair work Ability to carry out mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic repairs using correct tools and techniques Confident using computer systems, manufacturer portals, and standard applications Ability to operate diagnostic vehicles and equipment Strong customer service skills Familiarity with agricultural machinery is an advantage Ability to work effectively as part of a team Full, clean driving licence (essential for field roles) Willingness to work extended hours and weekends on a rota basis
