About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and skilled

Agricultural Engineer

to join our busy depot in

Llandow

.

This is a hands-on and varied role, involving a mix of workshop-based and mobile work. You'll be servicing and repairing a wide range of agricultural and groundcare machinery, both on-site and at customer locations.

Key Responsibilities

Diagnose, service, and repair agricultural and plant machinery. Carry out workshop jobs and attend on-site breakdowns as required. Complete job cards accurately and in a timely manner. Work to health and safety standards and company procedures. Attend manufacturer and internal training courses as needed.

About You

We're looking for someone enthusiastic and dependable, with a passion for machinery and customer service.

You will ideally have:

Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills across agricultural, plant, or turf equipment. Relevant technical qualifications (e.g. in Agricultural or Plant Engineering) - desirable but not essential. A full UK driving licence (essential). The ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication, time management, and attention to detail. Basic IT and job card skills.
Please note: Strong hands-on mechanical experience is essential. Applicants without this background unfortunately cannot be considered.

: 30,000-42,000 depending on experience.
