An exciting opportunity exists for an

Agricultural Service Manager

who is keen and driven to manage one of our workshops, based at our

Tarbolton

depot.

Responsibilities:

Reporting to Group Senior Management, you will be responsible for the overall profitability, management and efficient operations of the Service Department at Tarbolton. The successful applicant will be expected to uphold and further the company's strong reputation for reliable, honest and effective service. Along with managing the overall service offering across the group, the ideal candidate will also have a good knowledge and understanding to repair machinery both on site with customers and in our workshop. Liaising with the Warranty Department and managing claims is another key aspect of this role.

Requirements:

? Proven management experience.
? An ability to identify and deliver on objectives that drive the department forward.
? Technical knowledge of the agricultural machinery industry.
? An ability to work under pressure and multi-task in a multi-franchise environment.
? The ability to communicate clearly and effectively to all levels of the business, maintaining and upholding company standards.
? Excellent customer relationship skills, both face to face and over the phone.
? Strong and up-to-date IT skills.
? To be able to mediate and compromise within a team, working closely with other departments within the business to further the overall performance of the company.
? To be self-motivated and able to work under own initiative.
? Strong leadership skills and the ability to act quickly and decisively.
? Accountability for decisions and proposals.
