We are now looking to recruit an experienced Service Technician to join our Agricultural Service Team based at our Daventry, Northamptonshire or Witney, Oxfordshire branches. Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose, repair, and maintain agricultural machinery to a high standard. Carry out scheduled servicing, preventative maintenance, and field breakdown repairs. Work both in the workshop and on-site, responding to customer service needs. Use diagnostic tools and technical manuals to assess and resolve faults efficiently. Liaise directly with customers, ensuring excellent communication and professionalism. Maintain accurate records of work carried out and parts used. Support the Service Manager and wider team in achieving department objectives.
Skills & Experience Required:
Proven experience working with
agricultural
,construction
, orplant machinery
Excellent mechanical and diagnostic skills with a strong understanding of hydraulics and electrics. Able to work independently or as part of a team, with a proactive and reliable attitude. Strong communication and customer service skills. A full UK driving licence is essential.What We Offer:
