AGRICULTURAL LAWYER

(MALTON)

Are you a UK-qualified solicitor with 2-5 years' post-qualification experience, driven to make an impact for farmers, landowners, and agri-businesses? We want you to join our leading agricultural law team to deliver expert guidance and propel your career in one of the sector's most rewarding roles.

You will advise across the spectrum: land transactions, succession, environmental compliance, evolving subsidy and policy landscapes, and bold rural diversification. Your hands-on experience in managing complex legal work, gained in a recognised firm, will be put to work supporting generational stewardship and fostering rural innovation.

We're looking for someone with:

A UK legal practising certificate. 2-5 years of PQE in a well-regarded firm, handling complex, strategic matters. Commercial astuteness--confident navigating the crossroads of law and business impact. A history of mentoring junior talent, and an appetite for continuous professional growth in agricultural law. Initiative in practice development, client relationships, and operational leadership.
