Job Summary

Based in Stalham, we are seeking a skilled Agricultural Equipment Technician to join our team. This role involves the repair, maintenance, and assembly of Case IH tractors and other agricultural machinery and equipment. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work with hand tools and schematics. You will play a vital role in ensuring that our equipment operates efficiently, thereby supporting our customers in their agricultural endeavours.

Responsibilities

-Undertake diagnostics, utilising software solutions.

-Conduct repairs and maintenance on agricultural equipment, ensuring optimal performance.
- Assemble and fabricate components as required for various machinery.
- Utilise schematics and technology to troubleshoot and diagnose issues effectively.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns regarding equipment functionality.

Requirements

- Proven experience in equipment repair within an agricultural setting or similar field.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand complex machinery systems.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics accurately.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Capability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with attention to detail.

- Full driving licence

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 25,000.00-55,000.00 per year
