Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking dedicated Agricultural Workers to join our team. You will be responsible for performing various tasks related to farming. This is a physically demanding role that requires heavy lifting, and you will be expected to work outside in all weather conditions. There may be other general farm work required as well as potato grading on the back of the harvester.

Duties:
- Assist with planting, cultivating, and harvesting Broccoli and Potatoes as and when required.
- Walk the potato crop identifying 'rogue' potatoes in high class seed

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in agriculture or related field is preferred but not required
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical labour, particularly standing, for extended periods of time.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.

The hours and number of days required to work per week is dependent on crop condition and demand, therefore will vary day to day.
